Man (and women!) Verses Horse 2017

Well done to everyone one who took part in Man v Horse this weekend! It was a very wet and windy affair this year. I'd like to congratulate my wife and her friends in Rhayader running club, Cecilia, Cath and Amy for a sterling job, in spite of what mother nature threw at them. Also this weekend we played host to the Eden Projects, Great Big Walk. They visited The Bracken Trust, had lunch at The Community Orchard, did a heritage walk around the town, had a pint or two in Arvon Ales, made soup at the Herb Garden Community Cafe and got to see the starting spectacle at Man v Horse....Phew.
